From the moment we walked in, our sales assistant, Terasa, was extremely helpful in explaining the colour system for mattresses at Dreams and pointing us in the direction of the areas to look in the shop and which mattresses met our specific needs. She was knowledgeable, giving us lots of information and not too pushy, allowing us to browse comfortably in our own time. Once we had made our purchase she talked us through the delivery system very coherently. Overall it was a great shopping experience - rare these days!

James assistance was brilliant, everyone was very smiley and I loved those red jumpers!!! We brought our little dog and he was welcome as well, which makes huge difference to animal lovers!!!!

The gentleman who helped my sister and myself, James, was so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. He swopped mattresses onto another bed for mr to see if the softness was right, he showed me all the options and was very professional. He was upfront about prices, delivery times, and explained everything very well. A true professional.

From walking in the shop for the first time the assistant was there to greet me no time wasting I told him of my requirements he took me to the mattress I required, I paid the deposit we did the paperwork and I left, The following day was the best no sooner I went through the door I was greeted with a cup of tea, that's what I call good old British service.
