Dreams - Fulham

I was approached by Jed as I entered who is the manager of the store I visited on Wandsworth Bridge Road. I thought he was a bit quick to jump on me as I entered, but he turned out actually to be friendly, knowledgeable and knew when to leave me alone and when to step in with advice or information. Paying and booking delivery time was easy and straightforward and he didn't give me the hard sell of optional extras - he accepted when I said no.

We recieved amazing service, and assistance. Havina was welcoming, helpful, and enthusiastic. We were explained very well the options in our price range, and she did everything to find a solution that worked for us.

Staff welcomed us and asked if we needed assistance. We told them we wanted to look round first so they adivised us to ask when we needed help. I like this because if you are followed around as soon as you enter a shop it is really off putting. Once we needed assistance they were very helpful.

Zahid (who served us) was incredibley knowledgeable and helpful. He listened to all our specific needs and helped us choose something that fit the bill! Very happy with the service we received.

Havina the sales assistant was excellent. Patient efficient and keen to do business. Her colleagues in store very professional too. Great customer service and credit to your team there.

I was greeted by Andrew when I walked through the door and the first thing he did was offer me a drink. After I politely declined, he asked what I was looking for and if I needed assistance. As this was my first time purchasing a Mattress I asked for assistance. Andrew listened to what I was looking for and showed me mattresses around the store that fitted my needs and budget. He even took the time to show me higher and lower budget mattresses to show me the differences. Haunina also assisted me when Andrew had to take a phone call from a Customer. I was extremely impressed with the knowledge that Andrew and Haunina have about the products in store. I was also shown the models of what different Mattresses are made up of which I found interesting and helped me to make my final decision. From walking in and out of the door, the experience was all I could have asked for and I walked out knowing I had made the right decision.

James was very helpful and not pushy

We slept on a Dreams bed whilst staying with our son and daughter in law and were very comfortable. Went to the nearby Wandsworth Bridge Road branch and the assistant James was extremely helpful in pointing us toward a bed mattress and base which he said was the same specification and on sale. As it is a super king 6’ which must be made and we are going abroad for a month we have been given a delivery date for shortly after we arrive back, which pleased us greatly. Look forward to reporting back to you the success of our purchase, a Kendall, once we have slept on it.

I enjoyed my visit to dreams as the customer service was amazing. The time and effort by Havina made it such a lovely experience. She was very friendly and really understood and met my needs. Everything was explained very well, I did not need to ask questions because everything was covered. The store layout was nice and it was very clean.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. A pleasant experience.
