James, the sales assistant was very helpful and knowledgable.

Very polite service, well informed, really helpful, stock allowed us to walk out with what we needed.

To prove how satisfied we were we came back for another bed after only a month of purchase. James was once again very helpful and attentive. We now await the goods on the 1st March

The in store help was great but not too overbearing thus allowing us time to make our decision.

There was parking available . It was a dreary wet day, was offered tea which was very good and had 2 cups ! Store was warm and cosy and the loo in the store was clean! Staff were ever so friendly and helpful.

James gave me his full attention. He listened to me and quickly understood what I was looking for. He took time to show me various mattresses, explaining the differences. I did not feel any pressure to make up my mind and all my questions were answered. He explained the various extras, delivery procedure and went over everything to make sure I understood. The added bonus was there was no music pounding in the store - well done, Dreams.

The staff especially the Manager, were very friendly and helpful. I felt they were excellent to talk too, not too pushy. I was highly impressed with their service. I loved being offered coffee straight away!
