Andrew Chung was very knowledgeable, helpful, presentable and friendly without pressurising me at all. He checked out, if necessary, and answered fully any queries I had, taking the time to ensure I was happy. Although I thought I knew what I was looking for, he suggested trying other mattresses and pillows for comparison, pointing out various features, which helped confirm my final decision. Zed, the shop manager, was equally helpful, patient and friendly.
