Hi, I was very happy with Andrew's assistance from the beginning. He wasn't pushy to try to make a sale. Took me to three different beds all suitable however, varied in price. Andrew is a very happy and friendly man that knows the Dream products and made my purchase of a new bed and mattress very easy. It is not that often you come across people who enjoy what they do and are very friendly to customers. Thank you Andrew!

I felt very welcomed by Zed, the manager. He was very patient with my questions and explained everything very clearly. His expertise was essential in my purchase as I was looking for the same mattress bought five years ago. Thank you Zed!

I first went to the competitor next door. The welcome I received there was poor. The whole service was poor and I left and came to Dreams. I was welcome by Andrew Chung. He was about to leave but still took the time to show me the different products. I was so happy that I came the following day to finalise the purchase. Andrew Chung was helpful. The price was clear -no hidden costs- and the purchase was made much easier. I will definitely recommend Dreams when it comes to purchase a bed. Congratulations for a great customer service!

Zed was efficient and polite. He talked through the options according to what I asked for was was very good. Tea was offered and we went through coverage options and other areas as well as any extra options I may need. A very good experience.

I was served by Andrew who assisted me in shopping for the perfect bed, I went in the with one thing in mind but he convinced me in having the ultimate comfort whilst sleeping and I bought a pair of tempur pillows. Which I cannot wait to use. Super friendly and kind!

James assisted us during our visit and we were really happy with his service. We felt at home and received and outstanding customer service. We were guided through different options for beds and gave us precious advice on the right type for us.

I was seen straight away James the assistant listened to what it was i was looking for he offered me a drink, showed me selection of mattresses explained the differences to me. He did not pressure me in any way or rush me.

Andrew Chung made the experience very easy, He gave me many different options and wasnt just suggesting the most expensive, I had a budget and he managed to get me what i wanted without breaking the bank. overall very impressed

Havina was delightful in the service she delivered. Nothing was a problem and she explained things to me in terms that made sense and enabled me to make the purchase that I sought. The whole team in the store were most helpful. I’ll be back for sure.
