I found the assistant manager, Havina, was absolutely wonderful. She was really very very helpful and took her time to explain everything. In the end we bought two bed frames and two mattresses. Although delivery of the items were free, however, I found the collection of my two old beds very very expensive. For the two items to be taken away you charge thirty pounds per item which is a bit too expensive. Otherwise I found the whole experience of purchasing two beds extremely easy and comfortable. The delivery date could have also been a bit sooner.

Why would you buy a bed or mattress anywhere else, our sales assistant went to great lengths to make our experience pleasant and as easy as possible. Great service and price overall.

This was the best customer service I have had in ages, friendly staff, very helpful but also gave us all the info we needed and then gave us the space to walk around and try beds out without hovering. We did not feel pressured into purchasing at all and there was no rush. Well done!

James was absolutely excellent. He listened to our long list of requirements and his expert knowledge positioned him in the best possible place to advise us.

The Assistant, Jerome, could not have been more helpful. I was attended to immediately I entered the store. I explained what I was looking for and Jerome showed me a number of different beds before inviting me to lie on the special bed which calibrated my particular requirements. I came away feeling that I had been listened to and had made a choice of bed that I was completely happy with. At no point did I feel that I was being pressurised and encouraged to spend more than I wished. There was no sense of being rushed, I was offered a bottle of water and the supplementary goods were brought out to my car as I left by another Assistant who was also very polite and helpful.

The lady in store was very patient and kind, giving a lot of thoughtful and honest insight which helped me make my decision. The price was also reasonable and the quality of the mattress is very good for the price i paid compared to some other places I saw. The computer program which checks which mattresses are most suitable for the customers body is remarkable.
