Dreams - Fulham

I went to John Lewis’s yesterday to buy a mattress yet they had no time for me, so I walked out. At Dreams it was totally different, I got exceptional service so I bought my mattress.

I thought I had already given my feedback Howe er I have been sent this form again ... I was extremely satisfied with the service I received, I had gone to John Lewis’s the previous day to purchase a bed however the sales assistant was not interested in helping me so I walked out. I would have done the same in dreams had I not received the exceptional service that I did.

Team were friendly and helped swiftly to meet my needs. This is the 2nd time I have bought a bed here this year and always a good experience.

Zed was extremely helpful, and was able to work with us on based on our budget and what we were looking for. We did not think we would come away with such a great selection of furniture until Zed pointed us in the right direction. He was extremely helpful in explaining how the store was laid out, what types of mattresses and frames would fit our needs, and how everything fits together. My fiance and I are extremely satisfied with his assistance, and with our purchases!

Just bought a mattress from Dreams in Fulham and had a great shopping experience. The process was nice and enjoyable considering that all the staff gave my girlfriend and I the space and time we needed to make the right choice. When we needed assistance the staff were attentive and knowledgeable making it easy to make up our minds. I would especially like to thank James who put us at ease right from the beginning offering us refreshments and assistance when needed. I would highly recommend shopping at this store. Lance

I popped into dreams to get some ideas on beds. James was very knowledgeable and even offered me a cuppa whilst I had a look! I ended up buying some bedding but will be back in on Sunday with my partner to make a decision. James was excellent and is a credit to the Wandsworth bridge store!

I saw an advert for a sale at Dreams, found the closest store and telephoned on the day I decided to visit. Right from that first phone conversation to the completion of the sale I was more than satisfied with the service I received from the staff at the wandsworth /Fulham branch. I was serve by the manager Zed who was at all times very friendly, professional and helpful in finding me the right mattress for me and organising a suitable delivery date plus arrangements to take my old mattress for disposal on the same date. The whole experience was managed well and all detail discussed over a welcome cup of coffee and overall I was more than happy with my purchase and I am now looking forward to a good nights sleep on my new mattress.
