The chap that served me (James) was very helpful, I would recommend this store to my friends and family. Ok it's only a bed, so i thought however James guided me with out any sales pitch etc. A great shopping experience

James was attentive and thorough throughout our time at Dreams. He showed us all available mattresses and let us make our own choices without being too pushy.

We were helped by Aruinp. We was soo lovely. He greeted us when we first walked in and asked if we needed help. We said we just wanted to look around. He popped in and out while we were looking around to ask what type of thing we were looking for. He was not at all invasive, and having tried a lot of beds he then showed us the opens he thought would be suitable. He was a great salesman. Not pushy but very helpful with his knowledge. He definitely made the sale for me, as i didn’t intend buying a bed today. I would go back just to have him helping

Knowledgable staff, very quick to offer help. Patient while we finalised the product, it was closing time but still didn’t feel rushed.

James and Theresa were both extremely helpful. Stayed behind for an hour of their own time while shop was closed to assist me and get the purchase through. Product knowledge was amazing and did their best to help me.

Very helpful and friendly assistant. I was buying a bed for my disabled husband and the assistant, James, took the time to find out our exact needs and explained everything we needed to know over two visits to the store.

The manager, Zed, who assisted us was extremely helpful. He offered us a few free stuff along with the king size mattress we bought. He was just SUPER in his job. He aslo offerred us something to drink whilst assisting us. I would give him 10/10 of Excellency in his job. Thank you. I would definitively recommend Dreams yo my friends and family next time they need new beds, mattresses etc
