Staff are very friendly and helpful. I was a returning customer buying a mattress for my son after buying an Ottoman small double for my daughter. He was shown the options and allowed to try out until he'd made his decision. Then purchasing and finding a delivery date was easy.

I spend loads of time choosing between 3 products, he was extremely patient, very nice and knowledgeable, he answered all my questions and left me with a feeling I made the right choice.
