I went today to just have a look and take an idea about bed frames. But Phil who served us today was very nice and helpful so we bought a bed frame and even 2 single mattresses for our kids. He was great because he help us with buying the right things. And for about 2 month ago we bought a tempur mattress for 2000 pound and we were also very happy and we got lot of assistance . We are even sending lots of friends to dreams to buy their things from their.

The sales team were responsive friendly and immediately came to my attention. Listens to my needs and there was a 50% discount offer which was great value. Delivery was good and explained very well 're taking away my old mattress. After sales confirmation via email was spot on. So far very satisfied. Let's hope the final delivery of the item goes according to plan .

Advice immediately available but also left us to try the suggested mattresses alone and did not pressure us, good knowledge of what might suit our needs, friendly and not too pusy

The sales assistant was helpful and quickly allowed us to find out more about the type of bed that would meet our needs. We chose a bed that we would not have considered if buying a bed without trying it (ie purchasing the items online). The overall price was competitive. Perhaps the biggest reason for our level of satisfaction is the advantages we expect from the bed over its use.
