The Dreams Sales Representative that attended to us was extremely helpful in understanding and meeting our rather challenging requirements. His product advice was invaluable and his ability to supply the products in the time frame we needed was almost miraculous! The one negative comment about the process was that the company/shop, Dreams, clearly didn't have an adequate and/or effective computer system which delayed the process considerably, however the fact that we achieved everything we set out to, and more, due to your staff member, made up for that.

Mr Arvind the dreams salesman we dealt with was very polite, took time to listen and understand our needs, he even sold me a pillow I didn't know existed, but I definitely needed, a credit to dreams, offering drinks, couldn't of been more helpful.

Upon entering the store we were welcomed immediately by Arvind, who after describing what we were looking for promptly took us to our first bed to try, which was reasonably priced and talked us through the aspects of the bed. He then showed us an alternative (the one we ended up buying) and shared all the technological information around the construction of the bed and others in comparison. He made us feel very comfortable and allowed us time to relax and test the bed, giving us some lovely pillows to try also to get the maximum out of the experience. He understood exactly what we were looking for without overloading us with trying too many, he was incredibly friendly and a really great asset to the Dreams team leaving us feeling confident we made the right choice. We would definitely buy from Dreams again if we need to buy a second mattress for a spare room and in the future to replace the one we've just bought and would recommend going to the Dreams store on Wandsworth Bridge Road. Very happy customers!

We were assisted by JAMES who was very capable, friendly and professional. He let us lie down on the beds and brought us a glass of water and suggested we get a mattress cover as well sinc they were on sale. He handled all the delivery details quickly and we were not kept waiting at all. It's the second time Ive bought a bed at Dreams and and I like their approach to customer service with easy delivery and set up options.

The staff were very helpful explaining the product. I would have loved the delivery date a bit earlier than the date I was given.

Layout of store, parking, product knowledge, friendly polite and helpful but not overly pushy. Advice offered, quick service, interest free credit!

Zed was very helpful and was able to answer all of our questions. After a long journey to the store he kindly provided us with a cup of tea and coffee that was most welcome!
