From the minute I stepped in the door Riccardo was nothing but helpful in every way. He made sure every detail was covered and explained fully to me.

From the moment I stepped into the store I was welcomed by an assistant who asked us if she could help. I said I was just looking and she said that's fine but if I need any help just let her know, she also asked me if I would like some water. When I was ready she took me through everything I needed to know. Her knowledge and helpfulness was outstanding, and I feel that if Dreams have an assistant of the month then it should go to HAVINA.
