Dreams - Fulham

Went into the dreams branch in Fulham on my way home to buy some pillows. The sales advisor Haviba was so friendly and very knowledgeable. I only wanted to buy pillows but she still took the time to explain the different types and let me try them all out to find the right ones. She even offered me a cup of tea which was nice of her. To top it off the pillows were on offer, result! The service was amazing

HAVINA was great, she made the whole experince thoroughly enjoyable,she was really helpful and good all round chat. she was very quick and clear whilst finalising the purchase as well. big up!

The sales assistant in the Wandsworth Bridge Rd branch was excellent, friendly and very knowledgeable. Never pushed too much but always very helpful.

Arvind was very profesional. He was serving other customer when we arrived but acknowledge our presence. We just browsed around and he approch us warmly when able to do so. His all approch and understanding of his products were very good. He took us to the bed recorecognition software. Worked out from the results which best was best for us. He took us to 3 different mattresses to try out. The first was ok the second was very good and the third was average. He knew from the results that we would be selecting the second one. And he was spot on! Great salesman!

The store assistant Arvind was very welcoming and he immediately offered us water, tea and coffee. He let us try the sleep match exercise, which was very informative for us. We tried multiple mattresses and Arvind and his colleague Carlos helped us understand the difference and what was required to make the decision as a couple.

The dreams products generally look of good quality and something that will last. Your sleep machine is very helpful too.
