I was given exceptional service by a salesman who was extremely polite, smiling and helpful. He spared no effort and stayed nearly 40 minutes after closing time to make sure every aspect of my order was to my satisfaction. The mattresses I purchased in the Sale were excellent value at half price, with free extras (waterproof covers, pillows) and deliverable inside a week. An outstanding experience!

Mattress selection made easier by using the new sleep technology. Went on a Friday morning and no one else in the shop, so salesperson could focus on our needs and was a great help. No idea what it would have been like on a busy Saturday or Sunday, but she gave us the time and assistance we needed and was very knowledgeable. She did start with the most expensive mattresses and did not ask our price point, but I did guide her downwards and she was very knowledgeable about telling us the differences.
