Friendly, efficient and patient service. Did not try to push a more expensive product but gave knowledgeable advice.

The person who advised and assisted me (Havina) was charming, well-informed, clear and helpful without being in any way pushy. She offered access to any information I might need, made it clear that I was welcome to peruse in the store for as long as I needed. She was casual without being overly familiar, and professional without being impenetrable and cold. For the first time ever, I actually enjoyed the shopping experience!!

Having served me and was incredibly helpful, friendly, organised and knowledgeable. She really knew the products and was able to help me with deciding which level of softness to get.

The assistant was very attentive and helpful and took a lot of trouble showing me the different mattresses and the machine to show the type of firmness of mattress was fascinating
