When we arrived in store, we were immediately met by Havina who asked us if we needed help. We explained what we were looking for and she proposed the Dream Machine. She was helpful without being pushy - very knowledgeable and efficient. We selected a mattress and put the order through with her; the process was speedy and she informed us of the delivery process, recycling of old mattress etc.

The store assistant, Irfan, was knowledgeable, helpful and answered all my questions clearly

We were greeted as soon as we entered the shop, the manager was so polite and helpful. He then put us on the test beds to find the right mattress, we were offered something to drink. Everything just went really smooth unlike some places.

Great customer service, James was patient and knew exactly what we needed. He helped choose the best mattress and told us all he cons and pros of each bed frame, mattress and pillow

Attended to straight away, greeted in a friendly manner. Advice on using the bed machine to select the best mattress for me. Offered a cup of tea or coffee. Very friendly and efficient staff. Certainly recommend store again.
