In store service was excellent. Online service which I originally used was not so good. Slow website and the financing was no where near as easy as going in store. Person who served me in store was quick, to the point, and knew exactly what to do and could answer all questions.

I recieved a great service and the sales person (riccardo) was very patient with us and gave us lots of advise.

Havina Barton was her name and she was exceptional. Very nice, funny and more importantly incredibly helpful. She knew her stuff and made the whole process seamless and easy. Thank you Havina!!

The sales assistant, Jerome, in the Wandsworth Bridge Rd store greeted us the moment we entered the store and stayed with us, answering all questions and listened to our needs well so it was made easier for us to make a decision about the purchase (which we did make).

I was served by Jerome. In fact, I visited Dreams the first time on 27 December and came back on 28 December to decide on the particular product (mattress) I wanted to by. On both instances I was served by Jerome. I am pleased to highlight the professionalism, helpfulness and friendliness of Jerome's service. It was a pleasure doing business with him. I sincerely hope Dreams can complete the deal with punctual delivery and removal of the old mattress as agreed.

The sleep test machine was very useful and helped us narrow down the choices. We tried this again in the Tottenham Court Rd store and the results were very different and the assistance was a bit confusing so we returned to the Wandsworth Bridge store which was much much better with advice and had the mattress we wanted.
