Dreams - Fulham

We received great service from both Ramona at the West Ealing store and Havina at the Fulham store. We used the Sleepmatch machine at West Ealing to help narrow down what kind of mattress was suitable for us. There was plenty of choice of both bed frames and mattresses and both employees helped us to make a decision with their good product knowledge. Havina was very helpful in putting our order through very close to closing time and did not make us feel rushed. I'd recommend both these stores to others - the service was great and the whole process was very helpful whilst buying our first bed.

Friendly staff with good product knowledge

We were greater and helped by a very friendly and professional employee called Riccardo. He help us choose the perfect mattress, offered us tea, the entire experience was amazing.

Riccardo greeted me as soon as I arrived to the store in a very polite way. I was wet from the rain and he instantly asked if I wanted a hot drink. He asked for specifics for my drink. He listened to what I wanted and took the time to show me everything I needed before making my decision. He was extremely diligent and knowledgeable. I was decided on my bed frame but his attention made me decide on the mattress as well. Also the store had a wife variety of products. They did not have the bed frame but he tried to provide as much clarity on my purchase as I needed.
