I recently purchased a bed frame from the Fulham branch, and was highly satisfied with my experience. This was mainly due to the assistance I received in the store by Riccardo. I had been to the store a few months back, and was also served by Riccardo. He was wonderful to speak with on both occasions. On both visits we were given a warm welcome, he checked if we wanted any water or tea, and was very informative throughout. He allowed me and my family to test and browse freely, and checked on us from time to time. He was very helpful with obtaining delivery lead times, and once we had settled on what we wanted, we proceeded to payment, which was very efficient. We were also offered bed cover, which we decided to add on. Overall, it was a great experience! I look forward to receiving my purchase.

We visited the store on a Saturday when it was busy. We were struggling to find what we wanted and one of your staff on your North End Store (James) was amazing at managing multiple customer needs at the same time and quickly and effectively helping us.
