The sales guy was very friendly and professional. I have used this store many years ago and will be using it again for a bed for my son.

We were very pleased with the layout of the store and the friendliness of the shop assistants. Our order was taken by Jerome, he was efficient and showed us a good range of products, we were also offered tea or coffee a nice touch.

The service was excellent and knowledgeable. The communication is excellent and the delivery service offered is excellent.

To be honest, it was the staff at the store. His name is Jerome - your guy who spent time to listen to our needs, guide us effectively through various options, asking the right questions throughout the process to help narrow the selection, make sure we feel comfortable, respected and warmly welcomed! With smile and patience (regardless of fact that we entered the store 1 hour before closing and left 5min after the closing hour!!), offering different options, he made sure we left the store with 2 mattresses and 2 bed frames, just as we planned and very happy, even that we had to compromise on one of our choices due to product availability. We ended up talking about him and your store to our friends over dinner - what a fantastic experience that was! Thank you Jerome !!!!
