James at the Fulham DREAMS store was incredibly patient, supportive and knowledgable. His knowledge on the ranges of mattresses as well as bed frames was impressive and he was able to advise me on the appropriate bed frame that would best suit my height and back. I will recommend my peers go to this store and work with James whenever they next need to buy. He was brilliant!
