My experience with Riccardo was fantastic. I was met by a warm welcome the moment I stepped in to the store. He was quite adhering with Covid measures which put me at ease. I went there to buy a mattress topper as I had been waking up with really bad aches recently. He guided me through various options expertly, made me feel comfortable when I was trying a couple of products and the Sleep Machine. He provided me with excellent customer service in every step of the process. I ended up also buying a new duvet and a side sleeper pillow which made a world of difference to my sleep. He was very friendly and he even helped me with carrying my purchases to the taxi. I'll recommend the store to my friends and I will definitely return for the next time.

Thé gentlemen was very clear about the various choices and suggested which mattresses would suit my needs after I explained it to him. The process was fast and delivery quickly arranged. The seller explained everything very clearly to me.

Upon arrival, we were immediately met by our sales associate, James at the Fulham location. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. We tried a few mattresses after being assessed on the Sleep Machine and quickly identified which we liked. James helped us to a quick ordering process and scheduled a delivery for us. We were very pleased and are excited to receive our new mattress.

Staff were excellent and very pleasant

All of the staff in the shop were very friendly and caring. Our assistant was an amazing lady. She was very careful about our needs. She was really helpful but also gave us the space we need. We tried a lot of products and we are very happy about visitithe shop.
