my family and I went into the weonb shop (Benson). As soon as we walked into dreams, we noticed the difference in service. While next door greeted us from their desk, shouting from the other side of the room. Dreams had a differmt approach. As we walked in Ricardo, came over and greeted us. Than he exampled about the safety procedure. He is very welcoming. Straight away , my and i and was saying what a difference. Next! Ricardo asked wanr we was looking for than suggested we use the machine to see what mattress fit best. Not without offering a bottle of water. When it came to showing us around, he made sure we relaxed for a few minutes at a time. Double made sure we had our pillows and sheet for cleanliness and mask was on at all time. He also give us many opinions before w made a decision. For instance, we can change our mattress if nit happy. There is no reimbursement on expensive to cheaper matteress. He gave us opinions on finance and made sure we was comfortable with prize, service and product. He was an excellent host. I would definitely return if all your staff is like him.

The young lady Havina offered us water and a mask. She was polite, friendly and so well informed. Our 1st request was out of stock and she found us an alternative that my mum was very happy with. We are awaiting our delivery .
