Jerome could not have been more helpful and went out of his way to obtain what we needed

Upon entering your Dream Bed shop in Fulham, I was greeted by Riccardo who was very friendly and he put me at ease immediately. I told him I needed new bed. He showed me at least 12 beds and encouraged me to lie on the mattresses, which is how I found the perfect mattress for me. Riccardo was clearly very knowledgeable, thoughtful and helpful about the mattresses and everything else in your store. He certainly wasn’t pushy, nor in a hurry to make a sale. I appreciated his business style and acumen along with his knowledge, thoughtfulness and consideration with his help,. I seriously doubt that if it hadn’t been for Riccardo, I would have never found my dream bed and dream pillow. I will most certainly recommend Dream Beds to anyone who wants a new bed, and certainly encourage any potential customer to go to the Fulham Branch and ask for Riccardo.

I honestly think Riccardo, the store manager for Fulham, Wandsworth Bridge Road, is the best employee Dreams could hope to have working for them. He has such an attentive and respectful customer service manner it’s impossible not to feel endeared to him. My partner and I met him after a long days work and a bad commute and I left happy and satisfied with my purchase. And I put it all down to Riccardo! A lovely man who made shopping with Dreams a pleasure. I rarely leave customer reviews but I felt I had to on his behalf. Thanks again for all the help Riccardo!
