The delivery time was not conducive to me. I work in the health service and was not given a time of delivery but give a period of time within which to wait for the couple of thousands of item I bought. I expect to be given a specific time but not within a range or time. I cannot wait all day for a bed and mattress. Then ask to pay for the redelivery. When I have to pay and arrange for another shipping date. I swear I will never walk into any Dreams shop.

The operator recorded wrongly the requirement. We asked for medium firm and in the order she put firm and is very annoying because we dont have time to fix this issues we are busy! We just want to get the job done

The manager of the store was rude, brash and dealt with back office issues in the front office. He lacked any charm and did not set a good example to staff at all. I had to wait around and listen to excuses as to why they couldn't place my order as the computers were taken up and then sent away and told to come back

I was perfectly satisfied and received outstanding service!

I was very satisfied with my experience at Dreams. One of the beds I bought wasn't available to order then but we found a way around that.

We were highly satisfied with our experience.

Everything was explained clearly and we got all the information we needed.
