I made an order at one of your stores and after a few minutes I changed my mind and decided to cancel the extended guarantee on the mattress; there was a problem with your system and despite the efforts of the lady that assisted me in my purchase, after waiting over 20 minutes the refund could still not be performed and we had to find another way to go about it.

Because I had gone in to purchase a mattress and a bed in the early morning I think some of the colleagues were still half asleep. Customer service was good but their minds seemed to be elsewhere at times.

I found the product range confusing and was not sure how to select the most appropriate bed for my needs. There are several differentiators between the different mattresses and i found them difficult to compare ie: spring count vs firmness, vs breathability, vs warmth, vs comfort

not very friendy service! When the sales assistant approached me, I asked for the cheapest mattress, He showed me one and when i asked if the size was 135x 190cm he just noded. I decided to buy the matress , but also wanted to see some duvet. He gave me direction and he left. I could have buy more if i had more product knowledge from the sales assistant.

I found the salesman very pushy, like the stereotypical salesperson. He then called his boss over when I was interested in making a purchase however I didn't feel he tried to offer me a good price or any extra value for my money. I was disappointed that it seemed my business was an inconvenience and he couldn't care less about ensuring I was satisfied. I was spending A LOT of money and wanted some sort of compensation or gesture of thanks for my custom.

Bed frame which we wanted was OOS but when we asked if we can have delivery of mattress and bed then separately they told us we will not be then able to use promotion which was for that frame

I recently bought a bed with my son for him. The delivery experience was horrific and very poor. The time slot was not adhered to, the driver couldn't find the property and told me I had an incorrect postcode then got lost, then he got a parking ticket and wouldn't stop complaining as he said he had to pay for it and was literally blaming me for it. Nevertheless I returned to buy a bed for me and took a friend who is also buying a bed. So, through me you have had three bed sales in six weeks. I asked for some small token of goodwill like no charge to remove my existing bed and was offered £20. We were then told to take green bags with us to put our mattresses in and shown them but then not given them. Then my friend was called and told to come and get them. Surely you could post them. Overall I think your customer service and delivery is very poor. I live in a very busy residential street and am dreading our delivery on 25th Oct.
