Generally a good service with helpful staff, however it took quite a long time to place the order due to the IT system and it wasn't easy to order for a new build home as your system wouldn't let us get it delivered there

There's no single white wooden bed frames

We were very satisfied with the service but still fail to understand why Dreams offer short periods of heavily discounted prices which makes one question whether the discounted price is in fact its fair value.

I am reasonably satisfied but not highly satisfied because one of the item that i ordered will not be available until 5 weeks time before delivered.

Some products not in showroom

Bed was a good price, but wanted a headboard as well, couldn't find the right one at the right price.

It was a bank holiday and dreams had a sale on. The store was busy and short staffed, no staff appeared to welcome or assist us until they noticed we was looking at the high end tempura products, at this point we couldn't get enough help, tea/coffee, pillows.

Would have liked to see more variety of bed frames - too many divans!

A little more time to ourselves would have been appreciated. The frame we wanted showed as available online but it was actually not available to be delivered for another month.

I felt it was a bit rushed
