Everybody was very helpful. I went to the store during the afternoon of a weekday and each time I was the only customer in the shop so quite difficult not to get good service hence not opting for highly satisfied.

some beds labelled medium that are clearly firmer than some of those labelled firm. Could have more info in store, eg a buying guide for mattresses going through relative merits of sprung v foam v combo v temper, etc

The card reading machine at the Fulham shop was not working. I had to do the transaction by BACS to ensure the soonest delivery date.

Coffee offered - which was lovely, but was instant. (not fault of staff but not a fan!) staff were lovely but store is slightly older and tired. Ceiling particularly - which is an issue when time is spent lying on the bed so looking at it!!

We really enjoyed the quality of service and level of knowledge provided, however we were told we would be entitled to 20% off our Tempur mattress as part of the sale - in the end this was incorrect and the discount ended up being closer to 15% as it was set by Tempur - this annoyed us as we would have preferred to be clear in this context. This was offset by the helpfulness of the staff and so we still proceeded with the purchase.
