Dreams - Fulham

It was the sales period, yet the beds I showed interest in were not in the sale! Neither were the sales beds marked. TV ad said "one make" was in sale but not all were.

The first person we spoke to told us that the product wasn't available in the colour and size we wanted. When we double checked with a colleague, he said it was available. If we hadn't double checked we may never have purchased the item. We were also disappointed that no fabric colour swatches were present for a bed that came in multiple colours.

We had a tight budget and there was not many mattresses within that budget so we paid a bit more than expected We would of liked a quicker delivery and not to be charged for taking the old mattress away as we are pensioners and as I have said before money is tight

The order itself took a bit too long which meant one of us had to leave for the parking. This was a very small thing and no credit should be taken away from our colleague as he was great.

Communication not clear Wasn't shown all deals

Sales person Arvind came across as a very genuine individual, however prices are quite high

I mean it was fine, it went to buy a bed and matress and i did, and i left. guess i didn't really like how the desks for the customers was close together, strangers over hearing all your personal infomatino, didn't really like that

Simply wanted to buy an inflatable bed, you helped me fine, but no chance to provide a "highly satisfactory experience".

Excellent service and availability of items but it is a shame that the shop did not stock the full range of Tempur mattresses. There were 4 of the 5 different Tempur mattresses on display and I wanted the 5th one. However I had tested it somewhere else but placed my order with Dreams as your stock availability was much better - 1 week as opposed to 6 !!

the time consumed in the store to place the order was long around 45 mins but all other things were fine.
