I was highly satisfied because I visited the store on the Friday before I returned on the Sunday. As soon as I walked into the store the assistant James was very attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. He was patient with me even though I took him around the store up to 3 times! He listened to my needs and answered every question and I could see that he was honest. When I returned to the store to purchase my bed two days later there he was again and he recognised me and remembered everything we discussed on Friday. Again, James was very patient with me and made my experience very personal. He was very friendly and cheerful which kept me in a great mood. His colleagues that were present were also very helpful and professional. James then informed me of the deals on pillows and duvets and I immediately purchased a duvet based on what he said about the quality and price of a microfibre rather than a hollowfibre. He told me that I was getting the microfibre duvet at a VERY good price and that if I were go to another shop I would be buying a hollowfibre for the same price as what the microfibre was currently priced at. I was very very happy with the service I receieved and will return.

The whole team worked together to help choose the mattress we bought through from understanding the mattresses and finally purchasing the mattress. Andrew, James and Zed were all very helpful.

I was highly satisfied because of the customer service. I was served by a Mr Andrew Chung who went above and beyond to help me with what I needed and gave me lots of options. I didn't feel rushed or felt confused about anything because he explained everything very well. He made sure I was satisfied right until the end . He even help carry some of my in store shopping to my car. Great customer service like Mr Chungs really maked a difference in my shopping experience and left a good impression with me.

There was only one salesperson who was very very kind but he wanted to serve everyone in the store (and he should) but he can't serve 3 or more customers at once all by himself, its not fair for him, he was running around and out of breath to try and meet everyone's need

I enjoyed my time at dreams, and the lady helping me was great. It’s a very small store in Fulham so if I were to go back to dreams, I would go to a bigger store.
