We were helped by a sales assistant called Terasa who not only was incredibly helpful, but she was so knowledgeable, professional. She was lovely and is a true asset to your company. We were so impressed by the customer service and are so happy with our purchases of a bed, 3 mattresses and lots of bed linens!

Found what we were looking for- mattresses suitable for bunk beds (no higher than 19cm). Customer service was excellent

I visited the show room 3 times and each time I was helped by the same employee, who remembered our previous conversations and discussed with me the merits of each of the relevant mattresses. This made the process much easier as I did not have to repeat my requirements again on each visit. The rest of the staff were also very friendly and helpful with any other questions I had in relation to my purchase.

Our assistant knew her products, was extremely helpful and measured all the dimensions of any bed we were interested in without hesitation. She was friendly, knowledgable and professional throughout.

The staff at this store were very welcoming and friendly. I was offered a drink right away on arrival by the manager zed whilst the sales assistant jade helped us with every need. Such a lovely store the staff definitely make buying a bed so easy.

Terasa, helped us a few weeks ago. She was extremely knowledgeable but also honest and we felt valued rather than just another sale. This is why we came back, and once again, seeing her, she recognised us, asked us about our place and how things were going. She confirmed our initial feelings that she was the right person to buy from, regardless of the price difference we were paying.
