EDDIE WAS BRILLIANT FROM START TO FINISH. HE MADE ME A GREAT CUP OF TEA AND WAS REALLY HELPFUL IN HELPING ME CHOOSE MY PILLOW.

I came first in Dec 2014 & helped by Jade she took her time with me, made an effort to understand my needs, helped me to look at options & gave me all the details of what I liked & her details if I wanted more assistance. Today Zed was amazing, he took his time with me, understood what I wanted & was really friendly, warm, welcoming & gave me one of the best experiences ever. I really felt looked after & that Zed genuinely wanted me to find the one that was right for me, not pressure me to buy the most expensive or to do the purchase today as I've felt in other stores. Zed was wonderful & really helped me out with things today & made sure I was completely confident before leaving the shop. My experience with Jade made me come back & I visited another store (tottenham ct rd) over the weekend & had the opposite experience, I was left once other customers came in & no one really helped me or my partner at all, we were essentially ignored & given incorrect information. In contrast Zed & his team are top notch! I was even offered tea & coffee when I came in before starting by Andrew. That is real service as they didn't know if I'd buy or not but I was looked after all the same. :0)

Extremely keen prices on the Tempur mattress and other articles I wanted. Knowledgeable and very friendly staff Availability of a recycling service on delivery - very important differentiating factor. Proximity of branch

From the word go Andrew was only to pleased to help us in everyway possible to make sure that we bought the mattress that suited our needs completely.

I had limited time and I was helped quickly and efficiently. My order was completed and I am hoping the delivery and assembly will be as good.

Terasa, the sales assistant was very professional, she went over every detail of the order taking time to make sure everything was correct. It was a very relaxed shopping experience with excellent customer service. We were also able to park behind the store in Fulham, which was very helpful as we were shopping for a bed for our Mother who is 83 years of age.

Andrew Chung was on hand at all times to see that I purchased what I wanted and he helped me through that process.

Andrew was knowledgeable he spent time asking what we wanted on a bed he then showed us possibilities. He was professionally friendly and helpful to the end
