We were served by Teresa who was excellent. Her knowledge of the products and store was excellent, she was so friendly and went over and above to help us out. Very impressed.

Your salesman, James in your Wandsworth Bridge Road shop was friendly, knew immediately what I was looking for and made a suggestion to try a bed, which I ultimately bought. He explained in detail the different types of beds/mattresses available for the price I wished to spend and also the more expensive ones! The bed I chose was delivered on time last Saturday, the delivery men were friendly helpful and efficient. James also spent time in explaining about your pillows, in particular the Tempur ones and suggest I tried all the different ones in this style, and to take my time in doing so, as with the beds. It was all in all a pleasant experience.

Andrew was extremely helpful. He asked me what I was looking for and I explained my needs which narrowed the selection down. I tested four mattresses and went with his first recommendation. He described the product clearly and explained the guarantee and return within 40 days option. The store was quiet which helped, but he was very clear and the whole experience was straightforward and drama and hassle free.

I was very satisfied because I was first of all treated and greeted with respect. Then the rep. inquired as to what my needs are then showed me my options and offered an opinion, this enabled me to make an informed decision. At one point I was unsure, but he was patient. I value patience as a strength. There was a time when I inquire of him on a particular item and he went to double check before giving an answer(not a know it all or show it all). He introduced products on various level, so that helped to broaden my knowledge as to the vastness of your product line, great for business. I was truly impressed at the desk, there was really a team feel, even the manager engaged us in conversation highlighting the diversity of the product line. I really glad I went to that store.

Great staff and service. Help was at hand when needed but I was also left alone to brows and explore the products. When placing the order the computer system went down and had to be rebooted resulting in going through the order and my details again. This was dealt with as quickly as possible and I was given another smal discount for the inconvenience. Overall a very good experience. I would come back and definately refer friends & family.

Customer Service. Andrew Chung got the time to understand what we wanted, asked questions and then gave us a number of choices for us to make our minds up. Allowed us enough time to make a decision without putting any kind of pressure. Choice of Products. A wide range of mattresses to get the chance to try different types and make an informed decision.
