Andrew Chung was very helpful in assisting us place our order. He did his best to speed up the process, despite the system taking some time. He was friendly and polite in his approach and did all he could to satisfy our needs. The store has sufficient choice and gave an opportunity to try out the products before buying them.

Jade the sales rep was very patient with us. I was in the store with 2 kids looking to buy 2 beds and a potential 3rd. She was very helpful and we ended up buying everything we needed. We were in the store for 2 hrs.
