The sales representative was really helpful and friendly. He didn't rush us at all but rather listened to our needs and let us try the mattresses until we found one we were fully satisfied with and that suited our preferences. We also thought the sleep simulator machine was really interesting! He then helped accommodate our delivery needs too and even gave us a small discount on an aspect of it which was very kind.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. We are very happy with the service and products.

The assistant, Riccardo, has the epitome of excellence. Polite, helpful, had all the information, respectful.
