Assistance was provided and the Dreams attendant was very polite and nice. He also was very capable of sharing the specifications of the products we were looking into and provide comparison among them.

During our visit today the customer service was great and the staff were very helpful and knowledgable making for a stress free and enjoyable experience.

Staff in this branch (Wandsworth Bridge Road) are always very helpful and there is a really good range of Tempur beds on display. The Tempur experience/ interactive room was very helpful too.

Very friendly and well informed staff. We didn't really know what we were looking for, so needed a fair bit of help. Really happy with the service and the mattress we got at the end of it.

Andrew was an excellent salesman with broad knowledge and friendly manner

when i walked in i was given a few minutes to browse which is good. i don't like when shop assistants come straight up to you when you as soon as you walk in the door, its nice to have a few minutes to look around and then have some assistance. Andrew (Wandsworth Bridge store) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and very friendly and everything was very easy

Teresa remembered me from the last time I had visited the store over a month ago. She was extremely helpful and even mixed and matched headboards for me. All in all a great experience

We walked in as a family of four, Straight away we were asked if we needed help from James, He gave us all the information we needed and showed us all the small double beds that were available. He talked us through the price range and quality of the mattresses, I was surprised in a brilliant way on how many deals and offers were available! Without James we would have considered NOT buying a bed. I am so happy and excited for the bed to arrive i think that James did a brilliant job and is a brilliant sales man and dreams are lucky to have him. The store could have looked better with leaves blowing in and was a bit scruffy!!

In the event, I had to change the delivery date twice, and spoke to a number of Dreams staff both at the branch and elsewhere. The service was excellent throughout. And the delivery service was excellent too.
