James was really helpful in outlining all the different choices of divan beds I could choose from and helped me pick the most appropriate bed and mattress. He allowed me to try out all the mattresses and told me all of their prices and I am extremely pleased with the price of the bed I chose. I only went into the Wandsworth store for a browse knowing I need to get a bed for January but ended up purchasing one because the look, quality and value of the bed and mattress was exactly what I was looking for.

I was highly satisfied because Andrew took a lot of time for my order and I truly felt that he had the customers' best interests at heart.

Jade was very friendly and knowledgable and made us feel confident about buying from dreams - she did not make us feel pressurised into buying the most expensive bed - she was brilliant and also made us a cup of tea whilst we waited for her to check on stock levels It was a good shopping experience

Very friendly service and follow up when we said we may want to change our minds regarding mattress size. Staff made sure we had ordered what we wanted. The delivery service was also excellent with notifications by text and phone and arrival within the time slot promised. Great customer service.

We already knew what we wanted, having shopped online first, so it was just a question of placing the order which was relatively easy to do.
