We came late to the store with only a few minutes before closing but Andrew lets in anyway and give us time to look around. I wasn't planing in buying the bed that day but he was patient and polite, he understood what I was looking for and in the end I found something that I just fell in love with it. Andrew give me a great price that included free delivery and set up of the bed. What makes me really satisfied is that I could choose the date of my delivery and I don't have to wait for months or miss the delivery because I went too work or shopping I know went to expect my new bed. This interaction was all about my needs and I love it especially because I a nurse and usually I put other people's needs above my own. Good work Andrew good customer service. 5 stars Dreams.

Pleasant greeting by Andrew Chikig offered me a coffee which was very welcome after an exhausting day Christmas Shopping.He was very helpful very informed on the products and did not pressure me into making a decision.Bed I looked at on line was not in the store but he showed me item on big TV screen. I asked questions he replied in an upbeat manner which gave me confidence in your product.

Both sales staff that I interacted with (Zed and Keafer) were very friendly, knowledgeable, took the time to explain and show me the products. Not once did I feel pushed to make a purchase. While the showroom could have been a little cleaner, the overall experience was made highly satisfying by the sales staff...they did a wonderful job!

Keafer and Jade had a good product knowledge and allowed us to spend approx 15 minutes on the bed to check whether it would be comfortable

This is my second bed from the company. The service has been first class. The chap who served me was excellent called Andrew - first class a credit to your company. The second bed I have purchased is just the latest model of the bed I bought 4 years ago. I bought this bed as a Christmas present for my sister. It is such a lovely bed perfect.
