The assistant who dealt with me was extremely helpful, polite and gave me all th e information I needed. I cannot complete this survey until the bed has been delivered on Wed 27th Jan when I will know about the delivery and removal of the old bed.

I had already done researchnat Peter Jones and they had a longer delivery time and would not have been able to install the hydraulic base.

The service was excellent, the product was excellent but the £39 for delivery and then £39 to take the old mattress away (from the same address) was excessive in my opinion.

The staff were very helpful, I have arthritis and was advised on the best mattress for my health issues

The sales assistant was friendly, took time to explain and discuss my needs and the products.

Ease of ordering ,friendly atmosphere.

I pulled up outside the store and was met by the store manager Zed before we even entered. He informed me that there was a private carpark around the back to park my car so I didnt have to leave it on the street. When we entered the store Zed identified our needs straight away and started to show us things that he thought would be a good ft for us. He explained the differences between mattresses and i didnt take us long to decide which what would be prefect for us. We found the process from start to finish very painless and Zed made us coffee to make the experience even more enjoyable. I used to dread shopping for beds etc but now I know Zed I can just give him a call and pop down should there be anything else I need or any problems. Overall very satisfied with the experience. Looking forward to receiving the bed now.
