Andrew Cheung was an excellent sales man , helpful and informative. He gave us excellent information re garding our choices his manner was professional

Our customer service was second to none-Andrew really went above and beyond to make sure we got the correct mattress at a price that suited is-my partner suffers with back problems and Andrew made various helpful suggestions specific to this along with other criteria we needed to consider, resulting in us finding the perfect mattress that best suited our needs. Service was delivered enthusiastically and in a really friendly manner-excellent service!

Delighted with the service given by Andrew Chung, offered a coffee and left alone to browse as we liked. He was on hand if we had any questions and did not pester us. The range of beds and mattresses in store was excellent and we were quickly able to decide on a suitable bed/mattress.

Keafer spent a very long time with me, listening to my requirements and he didn't rush me at all. He answered all my questions and if he didn't know then he asked a colleague. He was kind and seemed to really care about what I wanted.

The sales person, Jade, was knowledgeable, helpful and kind and in no hurry. The mattress we purchased seems very good and we can hardly wait to receive it.
