From the moment you see the store from the street you get an impression of cleanliness and you can see a variety of high quality products with the specifications and prices clearly stated, so there is no room for confusion. Once inside I was welcomed by James in a friendly and professional manner. He listened to what I was looking for and guided me through my options explaining the relevant differences between products. He gave me time to try different beds several times without pressuring me, he obviously understands the importance of spending time deciding before buying a mattress. He also made me feel reassured by explaining the comfort exchange guarantee. My delivery needs were also accommodated. I like that he was very attentive and professional yet friendly and that he didn't try to push me to buy more than I can afford. Check out time was equally efficient and pleasant. I'll definitely be coming back when I need to buy a bedframe to match the excellent mattress I've purchased.

very pleased with the visit to wandsworh. assistants had very good insight of products and were able o give recommendations. The store was busy and they offered coffee and were very engaged to make it a worth while visit to customers. They were even able to provide tips on how to install the bed.

The sales assistant Arvind, that attended to us on the day was very polite and knowledgeable about the products we looked at. He showed interest in our needs, asked relevant questions to ensure our needs were met. He answered all our questions and was very patient.
