The ladies in the store was absolutely delightful. She was super helpful very patient and helped me A LOT picking out the right mattress and pillows. I even got water served to me I absolutely loved the experience and would come back in a heart beat and would recommend dreams to all my family and friends 👍

Havina was very helpful and knowledgeable and took the time to talk us through the products in depth. We spent about an hour in the shop trying mattresses and pillows and felt we were given all the time we needed. I have a specific issue with my back and I felt this was addressed very well during our visit. It was really valuable to be able to try the mattresses in store and be able to purchase the product remotely later on! We called back a couple of times with follow questions and felt the overall experience was great.
