The sales person dealing with us was exceptional - really amazing service!

The sale enabled me to source a brilliant mattress at a great budget and to a very tight timescale which was exceptional. Andrew in the Fulham Dreams was very thorough and helpful. The only thing I would say is that E&M Flatpack were slightly elusive around the details for delivery. Although they did deliver in the end, they were not on hand to discuss appropriate timeframes for delivery and were rather delayed in coming back in response to my questions/messages. This was a shame as it slightly let down the excellent service I received from Dreams.

My buying experience at Dreams was truly fantastic. As a woman alone entering the store, it can be a little daunting testing out mattresses on your own but the staff were warm and welcoming and encouraged me to try the mattresses making me feel at ease. The gentleman in the store we were very respectful and suggested that a female colleague assist. I found the colour guides, in regards to firmness etc, easy to follow and the staff clearly explained them to me. The staff were respectful of my price bracket, as it was my landlord who was paying for the mattress, and offered me great advice and selection - taking the time to explain in detail the different benefits within each mattress. It was a great shopping experience and because of the service that I was given by Jade, I then went back a few days later, incidentally on my birthday, and placed an order. Once again, I was greeted by great customer service from Keafer and the team who were great fun and wished me happy birthday.
