Dreams - Fulham

I was warmly welcomed as soon as I entered the store. I was asked if I had anything in particular in mind, or if I needed any explanations or wished to browse. I was offered a cup of tea that was gratefully accepted. I required information about the different mattress styles. Descriptions of the differing mattresses were given and I was also shown the different types of mattress that illuminated the descriptions. I was given the opportunity to test all the beds and for comparison I was shown mattresses that were less and others that were more expensive than I had budgeted for. I was left to contemplate and think what I wanted. I did not purchase on the day as I needed to talk over the choice of mattress at home. I bought a mattress protector and had a very firm idea of the mattress I would buy ...the Lambert orthopaedic mattress. The service from the sales assistant was extremely friendly without being pushy. When paying for the protector the other sales assistant joined in a very amicable conversation. Another gentleman came in and he was served immediately with the same warmth and attention as I had experience.

The salesman was knowledgeable of a full range of products and able to ask questions to ensure that my specific needs were met. He talked me through all of the options without applying pressure. The warm and friendly nature of the staff enhanced the shopping experience.

Saira the showroom assistant gave myself and my wife a great level of service, she was polite, informative, and had really good product knowledge.

as I entered I was welcomed by zed the store manager he advised me on every aspect on beds , he even made a great cup of tea which relaxed me , a good tea , while trying beds I was offerd a pillow ,which enhanced my comfort, I only purchased on that day cos of zed, he is a great credit to your company I live in Ghana but I will always use zed when I visit uk as I have a lot off propertys, in London , he is magic

I am very satisfied because the staff lady who served me was very friendly, she offered me a cup of tea and she clearly explained the products' quality, durability and beauty to me that made me to bought them

The salesperson:Mr Andrew Young was extremely polite and courteous .He offered my mother and i tea which was refreshing as we had travelled quite a distance to the shop. He was not pushy for us to make a decision and guided us well in our decision for the purchase

Assistant very good

We went to Dreams at Fulham to choose a bed mattress. We were happy to see that the store had a big variety of products. All the Tempur mattresses were on display. Andrew was extremely helpful and friendly. He helped us to decide on the products and gave us enough time to think about our decision before purchasing the products.

Was approached by a friendly member of staff when we entered the store asking f we needed help. He was able to assist us with what we were looking for and complete our order for us
