He gave me as much time as I needed to find out about the different mattress options, answered all my questions and didn't pressurize me at all. I felt I could trust him to help me choose the best mattress for my needs and not just try to sell me the most expensive one. It was a relaxed and productive experience.

I went to Dreams to buy a mattress only. I have very little knowledge on mattresses, this is the first i have ever bought. I was shown around my options (within my budget). All questions i asked were answered clearly and quickly. Within 30 minutes i had looked at the options (+accessories) and made a well informed decision.
