Excellent staff knowledge and advice. :)

Kieran was knowledgable about the different types of mattress available and the whole process was very useful for helping me decide which type of mattress I wanted. He wasn't too pushy, but very helpful. I'm very pleased with my combi mattress, which has alleviated some of the shoulder pain I was experiencing with my old mattress.

Charles was our sales assistant when we visited. He was super! He was extremely knowledgeable about the products, he helped us to choose a mattress that suited us and not the most expensive! He was patient, gave us time to look around and was always there to help when we needed. He was very friendly and personable and looked after us so well. He also looked after our 2 year old daughter who was extremely pleased to get a balloon! His boss Jon was also very friendly. Overall a very relaxed and pleasant shopping experience. If only all shops were like this!

Charles spent considerable time with us, checking our needs and our opinion. He also allowed us personal time to discuss in private. There was no pressure to buy, only to find the right product at the right price, not necessarily the most expensive we could have afforded

I was seen straight away and was given very good advice as to the most suitable bed for my arthritic condition at a price to suit my pocket! The whole process took less than an hour.
