Served by a very friendly and helpful member of staff who had a very good knowledge of the product range.

We were assisted by Charles in the Dreams store in Chippenham and he was AMAZING! From the second we walked in he was so friendly. He listened carefully to what we wanted and then showed us all the options. He had excellent knowledge of the products (lots of really interesting technical knowledge too) and he gave us some great demos. My son was enthralled when Charles revealed a big bunch of keys that he had placed on the Tempur mattress just as my son was lying down but couldn't feel at all. Really impressed with how much time Charles gave us. We only came in to buy a memory foam topper but ended up buying a mattress cover and Tempur pillow as well. Charles made such a refreshing change from often-pushy sales assistants. Really impressive! Will definitely go back.

We were looking for a particular item to suit our needs. The sales staff were very helpful in explaining the different products available and gave us plenty of time to try these products and not having to make a hasty decision to purchase. We were in the store for 2 hours and were extremely satisfied of what we did buy and we are confident it will meet our requirements. The staff were very friendly and delivered a very professional service, with good knowledgeable advice.

Charles at Chippenham greeted us, gave us an overview of where things were in the store and allowed us time to browse before coming back to check on us and give us further guidance. He was very knowledgeable about the products.

We were impressed with a service and a knowledge of the products. Jon was very attentive and answer all our questions for example he explained differences between mattresses so we could pick the right one for us. Only downside is a lead time on the products 6 weeks.

I visited your store to buy a new mattress for my 7yr old grandson. Your sales assistant CHARLES was really lovely in the way he related to Theo and helped him choose what he wanted and was very respectful of a shy little boys needs. I would not only recommend Dreams but also Charles. The delivery time I wanted was organised and I felt that my needs were important and my schedule was important. I haven't actually had my delivery yet but do feel confident that all will go well.

The salesman,Charles, is highly knowledgable about this product without putting us under any pressure.
