Charles Job the assistant in your Chippenham, Wiltshire branch was extremely helpful. He answered my many questions clearly and precisely and his knowledge of the products was considerable. His salesmanship was not overpowering and he gave me plenty of time in making my decision - to the point of going away to think about it - I went in the following day to make my purchase. The store was well laid out and all the products I was interested in were on display.

Good range of beds and easy to understand colour guiding as to the different types of beds. Good pricing structure at both ends of the price range. The assistant (John) was very knowledgable and struck a good balance between offering helpful advice and stepping away so that we could try out each bed. A delivery within 3 working days was amazing. Left the store very happy.
