Dreams - Chippenham

I visited with my wife and daughter to buy a bed for my thirteen year old daughter. The gent keiran i think who served us was very helpful and certainly knew his stuff but there was no presure to buy a specific product just help with comparing specifications. My wife and i really liked him and feel that we might go back in a few weeks to buy a new bed for ourselves. We would like to be served by keiran again as we feel we can trust him which is important to us.

Level of service from the moment of walking into the store to the actual delivery was exemplary. At no time were we under any pressure to purchase products. Initially we were given a brief introduction to the layout of the store and products then left alone to browse at our leisure. We were particularly impressed with the updates on delivery by text and telephone communications. The delivery team were polite and professional and on time.

Charles the assistant Was so enthusiastic had great knowledge Of all aspects of the bed and pillows etc . He was a pleasure to be around Just a great service

We we're assisted by Zoe who was very knowledgeable, we went to another couple of bed suppliers and did not receive such good service so returned to the Chippenham store the following day to place our order. This day we were assisted by Charles again who was very knowledgeable and helpful

It is not often nowadays that you get the sort of service I received on Friday when I visited the Dreams Store in Chippenham. I did not believe it still existed. The store was clean and bright, Keiron, the salesman who served me, was polite, witty and friendly. There was no pressure on me to buy, he simply pointed out the items in stock within my budget. Credit where credit is due the experience was a pleasant one and one that I had not come across before. Congratulations on a super store and super staff.

The staff member Kieran was very helpful and friendly. He took all the time we needed without rushing us despite the fact that the shop was just about to close. We found the perfect product for us

On arriving at the store we were greeted By John who explained the store set up, he asked if were looking for a bed and or mattress, we explained that we were looking for both. He talked us through the process and color schemes and what they meant, which was most helpful. We were then able to start our process of buying a new bed, once we had agreed on a mattress with the expert advice and guidance from Charles were then able to relax with a cup of tea and choose a bed frame. Charles talked us through our options and also advised that we could change the design and fabric on a number of beds that we were interested in, which we were not aware of beforehand. The assistance of both John and Charles was invaluable and made for a very pleasurable and stress free shopping experience. I would not hesitate to come back to this store despite not living locally purely because of the great and friendly service we received from John and Charles.

We received a welcome by Kieran, but were not interupted, which was nice. Once we were ready Kieran instantly gave us all the key information we required, it was a pleasant visit from the minuite we walked in to the minuite we left. We also got exactly what we wanted to fit our budget. Thankyou
