The person who served us was very well informed polite and pleasant he gave us all the info we needed in a friendly way. We were very happy with the way we were treated and the product met our budget. We were going to compare prices in Bensons next door but did not bother as we were so pleased with the service.

We didn’t know what we wanted/needed in purchasing 2 single mattresses for occasional visitor use. We didn’t want top of the range but neither did we want uncomfortable mattresses for our guests. The store Manager knew his stuff and advised us well.

Assistance provided me with all the information I needed and more. It was great to try the products and be shown items I would never have considered through online only shopping. I am really pleased with the choices on offer and having the chance to try Tempur products; a revelation! Finally the delivery on the items I bought was only 3 weeks which is terrific. Overall very satisfied with my experience, thanks!
